Without a doubt the finest restaurant on the Island of Gran Canaria . The food is haute cuisine, a delectable menu and superior wine list. The view is stunning, the decor and service sublime. The tiny bar also has a play on a tapas selection( e.g A study of Foie Gras) with a multitude of wines by the glass. Having visited the island over 35 times I can say with hand on heart it doesn't get any better than this.
