Yes

San Fernando, El Tablero etc. are all a lot cheaper with rental places from 400€, you'd be best waiting until you get here and then asking around

Melonares

Thanks for the reply.
700 euros is a little out of my range. Are the surrounding areas much cheaper?

Accomodation

Hello everyone,
I am moving from the UK to the Melonares area in august and need some idea of available accomodation and prices. I would prefer two rooms if possible and access to a communal pool would be ideal.

Thanks

Rental in Meloneras

Hi, there are plenty of apartments available but Meloneras is expensive. Expect to pay upwards of 700€ for a one bedroom place

our partners can help

Hi if you are looking for rentals, I think I reach via our partner network anywhere in Europe. We specialize in car rental but we'll also launch apartments soon, and for that we already have a database of affiliates so anyone feel free to check us at http://www.inchirieri.net or just ping me a message.

In Agaete

Feel free to see our apartments. We own them, so no agency fees involved

Long term Un-furnished Rental Needed

Hi, my husband & I are moving from Malaga to GC in a few weeks, I will be teaching in an International School. We will be staying in a holiday rental for the first 2 weeks while awaiting our belongings. We wish to live in the South and would like to rent an un-furnished family sized property, (single-storey preferred) with a garden and garage/storage. If anyone knows of anywhere that may sound suitable then please do contact me. Thanks

accom. puerto rico

If your looking for a long term rental in Puerto Rico try Morata on 607 56 59 61. He's a Canarian guy with quite a few properties. He might try to fob you off with Demelsa Beach, which isn't in P.Rico at all but Playa Del Cura, and suicide might be preferable. You're
probably looking at 600 a month plus a month in advance, one bedroom. You could get maybe as
low as 500 but then you've got noise, break-ins, drugs, dog shit etc. If you haven't a job lined up I would seriously reconsider coming here as bars are closing almost weekly. My friend has been looking for bar work for 5 months, his father is having to pay his rent.
Another friend, in building, is returning to England after 15 years on the island. I don't meanto be depressing, the weather's great!Anyway, I've got a room to rent which might be useful until you find your feet. Good luck.

Accommodation

Hi - thanks Madscot. I am pretty flexible about where i live and work. Whichever part of the island presents the most opportunity for me i guess. Would rather be in a not overtly tourist area, but obviously close enough for practical reasons.

Hi there

Which area are you looking at ? North or South, if you have an idea where you want to be, post it here and someone will help you out. I've just answered someone in the Accommodation forum so if it's the south you're after then the answer will apply to you as well, best of luck with the move.
